Returns & Exchanges

At Pistola Denim, we want you to love your fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose between a return for a refund or a seamless exchange, then download and print the prepaid shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
